Fruit Juices

Purification of fruit juices to reduce mycotoxins, particularly Patulin in apple juice levels has been an area of focus for Vadivel Cocotech. We offer carbon solutions for mycotoxin reduction applications combined together with excellent decolorizing and filtration characteristics. For decolourization, Vadivel Cocotech products are engineered to capture the complete spectrum of compound contributing to undesired colours through removing high molecular weight coloured bodies, dark colours, pale colours and low molecular weight colour precursors. In addition our products are geared to remove VOCs, other organic contaminants, HMFs, aromatics including PAHs as well as compounds tarnishing taste and smell aesthetics of fruit juices.

Vadivel Cocotech Food & Beverage product series offers total purification solutions for diverse array of food additives and supplements production including corn syrup, scrap sugar, sugar, candy, glucose, gelatine, glycerine and monosodium glutamate (MSG) production.
