Vadivel Cocotech Ecocarb series has special focus on protecting humans against toxic fumes and other gases presenting a multitude of products for personal protection. We offer products based on consumer application. These products are manufactured with special considerations to remove organic contaminants, VOC, hydrogen sulfide, chlorine, hydrogen cyanide, sulphur dioxide, arsine, hosphine, formaldehyde, and other acid gases as well as alkali gases including ammonia and amine through physisorption showing enhanced capacity to remove contaminants from air pathways. This adsorption feature of Vadivel Cocotech activated carbon combined with carefully controlled and consistent particle size distribution and pore structure is industry recognized. We continue to invest in R & D to develop new and customized products in this series ensured to meet the stringent requirements of the customers.

Carbon Dioxide Purification

Carbon dioxide is a gaseous additive in many industries including beer brewing, soft drinks and other carbonated beverages. As any other additive, it is subjected to purification prior to being used. Vadivel Cocotech offers multiple activated carbon products for the purification of carbon dioxide, geared to remove odour compound, organics, aromatics, flavouring and other contaminants such H2S and mercaptans. We offer products that can be used for CO2 purification in different applications from purifying CO2 in industrial manufacturing and extraction processes, generated during brewing, and prior to being added in beer and soft drink manufacturing. Our products are optimized to capture molecular contaminants of diverse sizes and chemical properties so achieve maximum purity levels required.

Industrial CO2 Purification

Industrially produced CO2, particularly when extracted as raw liquid from wells, can be contaminated with various impurities including sulphur compounds, mainly H2S, nitrogen and a number of light and heavy hydrocarbons. To remove these impurities and produce CO2 to a standard that meets consumer specifications, Vadivel Cocotech provides total purification solutions geared to adsorb a diverse array of compounds. These contaminant species includes odour compound, organics, aromatics, flavouring and other contaminants such H2S and mercaptans. Our products are precision designed to harbour the idea pore distribution to facilitate fast adsorption of these contaminant molecules.
